Best Tip: "Meeting like-minded individuals who share your goals is key. You have to surround yourself with people who will support you and not be a stumbling block."
Brook, mom of 2
Allen, TX

Q: My friend told me I have to run to lose weight, but I just hate running. Is this true?
Sarah (Chicago, IL)
A: Here' a motto to live by - enjoy what you do! Sure, running is a wonderful form of cardiovascular exercise, but not if you hate it! The worst thing that you can do is get set in the mind that you HAVE to do certain exercises – whether you like them or not – to lose your baby weight or keep in shape.  That manner of thinking can be a real downer on your motivation levels.  Your exercise sessions need to be a time in your day that you enjoy so much that you can’t imagine living without them. Not a negative must-do that looms on the horizon of your day.
