Favorite Workout:
"For me, it's important to change up the routines. So I like to do circuit raining - moving quickly through a wide variety of exercises. It makes the time go by quickly. My other favorite workout is any workout that does not involve a jump rope!"
Shannon, mom of 2
Plano, TX

Biggest Challenge: "My biggest fitness challenge, is to keep it about me and what I want. I have always internalized all the messages from people, the media, entertainment. We all know that a lot of those messages are flawed thinking and even unattainable. I have to constantly work on keeping those messages out of my psyche."
Melissa, mom of 1
Frisco, TX
